Shipping policy

We utilize USPS as our shipping carrier to deliver packages within the USA an international.  Once payment has been verified and processed it can take 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays for your order to ship.  Once shipped you will receive an email notification.   Standard shipping in the USA is usually 5-7 business days and 2-3 weeks for international shipping unless there's implement weather that can cause delays.  All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  

Shipping total will be added to your cart, so you will be able to check shipping cost before making payment.  

Free Shipping for all USA orders over $125.

If your order is returned, you will receive a store credit for your purchase minus shipping.  Please check your shipping address information carefully.  You can request for your items to be reshipped, but you will have to pay the cost of reshipping.  

Luxe Behavior will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.  For damages file a report with the shipping carrier.
